Main: Herb roasted chicken breast in a lemon beurre blanc sauce, creamy polenta, and seasonal summer squash
Vegetarian/Vegan Option: Saffron wild mushroom risotto with grilled lemon asparagus Dessert: Venetian cherry chocolate cake with candied hazelnuts

Main: Six-hour braised boneless short rib with natural aus jus, buttermilk mashed potatoes, roasted coriander and honey baby carrots
Vegetarian Option: Balsamic braised portabella mushrooms, Anson Mills Grits, lemon soaked buratta cheese drizzled with saba
Dessert: Classic cheesecake with strawberries
